The first step is to set up a one-on-one meeting with a Golden Fox biographer to discuss your objectives and organize your thoughts, such as where you immigrated from, your struggles and achievements, what it was like during the depression, your travels or chronicles from a soon to be parent to an unborn child. Our sensitive interviewing style, combined with our talent for directing, filming and editing will make your story the ultimate life tribute.
A Golden Fox biographer will sit with you to discuss and establish basic biographical information. Budget and film structure are also discussed. Since every film is different and unique, you will determine and approve how extensive your project will be and the cost before we start production. Interview questions are formulated based on archival material, historical content and personal background.
We professionally record a one-on-one interview with the film’s central figure(s) bringing back the past as if it were yesterday. Golden Fox staff are very understanding and will work with you to make the filming and interview process as comfortable as possible. We do all our interviewing, which is like a casual conversation, and shooting in the comfort of your home. Our equipment is designed to be as unobtrusive as possible and before you know it, the camera has all but disappeared and you will find that your memories and experiences will be 
enjoyable for you to tell.
State-of-the art digital equipment and graphics software is used to edit your story producing a documentary style movie. First the pictures you have provided, relating to the story you want to tell, and your video are combined with special effects. Finally, the footage is set to music from the corresponding time period and put on to an attractively packaged DVD for you to keep. Just as with major motion picture DVD’s, you will have custom menus and scene selections all playable on virtually any home DVD player or computer. Your unique story will transform into a family treasure that you can share with those you love now, and with future generations yet to come.
