About The Artists
Darlene Fuchs is the producer/director at Golden Fox Productions, which she co-founded with her husband Bill Fuchs. She has been involved with independent film and documentary projects in the North Western suburbs of Chicago since 2002. She and Bill have interviewed people from all walks of life in both English and German. Darlene became passionate about making life-story documentaries when her grandmother and parents wanted to capture and preserve their families’ histories and the essence of who they were so that future generations could feel like they got to know them. She is committed to preserving and showcasing peoples lives through Photo Montages and Customized Photo Books so that family happenings can be shared.
FoxTale Edit oversees every aspect of the editing process for Golden Fox Productions. They have been involved with independent films, music videos, and documentary projects. There editors are more than professional masters of video technology; they are “video artists” – committed to producing an edit that will delight you.
Kirsten Solberg is Golden Fox Productions’ most recent intern who is finishing a Film Production major at Columbia College in Chicago. Kirsten has worked on many independent projects and works on the ER set when they are filming in Chicago. Her enthusiasm and dedication to details makes her an asset during the Preproduction and Production part of filming.
